CORAOPOLIS MEMORIAL LIBRARY |
HISTORY
| The Coraopolis Memorial Library was founded in 1937 by two local women's organizations, the Century Club and the Junior Women's Club. It was housed in the basement of the Municipal Building. The present building, which is owned and maintained by the Borough of Coraopolis, was built in 1954 with the active aid of the Keith-Holmes Post of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. |
