The eAudio content is offered through
NetLibrary/Recorded Books.
To access
digital books in the eAudio catalog, you will need:
- a valid library card from an Allegheny County
public library.
- access to the Internet.
- free software (Windows Media Player version 9 or
higher, which you can download for free here.)
***Please note that eAudio books can be enjoyed
at home, at work, or when you travel but are currently
not for use on the computers in the
library.***
Downloadable
Video
The eVideo
content is offered through the Carnegie Library of
Pittsburgh and OverDrive. Now you can download
digital video to your PC, laptop and compatible portable
device (please see OverDrive's Device
Resource Center for help with choosing a compatible
device.)
To download videos from the
eVideo Catalog you will need:
- a valid library card from an Allegheny County
public library
- high-speed access to the Internet
- free software (OverDrive Media Console)

day you will receive a 5-minute portion of a book
in your email. During the week you can read
2-3 chapters and decide if you want to check the
book out of the library. Every Monday we
start new books. Sign-up
and start
reading. |
